About
About Bay Area Home Service
We answer the phone, give the estimate, do the work, and check it off with you at the end. There's no call center in between — the person you talk to is the person who shows up.

How we work
Every job starts with a list. Send it by text, email, or the form — a few lines or a couple of photos — and you get a time estimate and a date back within 24 hours. At the door, the list is walked together. Anything that turns out to need a permit or a licensed trade gets flagged before it's started, not billed after.
Work is done in an efficient order, parts runs are combined, and every item is checked with you before we leave. You pay for the hours worked, with materials at cost on the invoice.
What we're set up for
- Seventeen services across repairs, mounting, painting, assembly, and smart home — the full list
- The Peninsula's housing stock: plaster-walled Edwardians and Craftsmans, Eichlers with radiant slabs, postwar ranches, and new townhomes
- Fourteen cities from San Francisco to San Jose, with no travel fee — the service area
- Renters, homeowners, and property managers doing turnovers
What we refer out
Some things need a license and a permit, and pretending otherwise is how people get hurt or fail an inspection. These go to the right trade, and we tell you so at the door:
- Panel, breaker, and new-circuit electrical
- Sewer lines, water heaters, and repiping
- Structural framing, decks, and roofing
- Gas lines and HVAC
- Lead paint abatement (pre-1978 homes are tested first)
Customer reviews will be added here as they come in. In the meantime, the best reference is a phone call: (628) 277-4131.
Ready when you are.
